Mr. Whitaker has a strong technical background and began his career as an engineer working on national missile defense. Since becoming an attorney, he has extensive experience helping clients in the software, computer, and telecommunication industries, as well as countless artists and authors.

Intellectual Property Attorneys


Marcia counsels clients on protecting their technology and inventions. Her practice focuses on the procurement, analysis, and reexamination of patents across a range of technologies. She also counsels clients on other intellectual property matters, such as trademarks, copyrights, and domain names. Prior to becoming an attorney, Marcia worked for 8 years as an engineer for the Boeing Defense & Space Group developing software.
